Gilas Boys blank Singapore in third quarter, secure SEABA semifinals berth

Gilas Pilipinas Boys cruised to their second straight victory in the 2026 FIBA Under-18 Asian Championship SEABA Qualifiers, holding Singapore scoreless in the third quarter en route to a commanding 110-50 win on Thursday at Chan Ka Pho Gymnasium in Krabi, Thailand.

The Philippines improved to 2-0 in Pool A and secured a spot in the crossover semifinals alongside host Thailand, which defeated Vietnam, 81-55, later in the evening.

Despite already clinching semifinal berths, the Philippines and Thailand will still face off on Friday at 6:00 PM to determine the Pool A standings.
